- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
Processing Time:
- Orders placed during our business hours will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are collected form HQ at 2pm each day so any orders after this time will be shipped next working day.
- Orders placed outside of our business hours, including weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Please note if you order after 2pm on a Tuesday your order will not be processed and shipped until Thursday which is our next working day.
Shipping Methods:
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that all shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times are determined by the courier selected and are outside of our control. While couriers aim to deliver within the quoted timeframes, this is not a guaranteed service. Refunds for missed delivery dates are only available if the courier agrees to refund, which is rare. We appreciate your understanding.

Yodel large 48 parcel up to 30kg - £8.00
Yodel large 24 parcel up to 30kg - £8.00
Yodel extra large 48 up to 30kg - £12.00
Shipping abroad
Shipping to Europe and worldwide will vary dependant on shipping method selected, rates available at that time and may be subject to import fees, please enquire at info@yayofamilia.com for more information.
Isle of Man and Channel Islands
Shipping to non UK countries will vary dependant on shipping method. Please enquire at info@yayofamilia.com for more information.
Order Tracking:
